Contribution from a teacher's perspective to the creation of a conflict resolution pathway in school contexts.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the results of the survey conducted within the framework of the research project "Creation of a Guiding Path for the Resolution of School Conflicts in Public Educational Institutions at the Secondary Level of Bogotá and the Departments of Meta, Quindío and Cesar". The objective is to analyze, identify and classify the school conflicts that occur in these departments, as well as the mediation strategies of the educational actors, in order to contribute with this input to the design of a conflict resolution path. The research method used was non-experimental, descriptive and mixed level; the survey designed as a data collection instrument was validated by thematic experts and applied to the targeted sample of teachers, counselors and coordinators of secondary education institutions in the regions under study. Some of the discussions revolve around the reduction of violence in these departments, reception and resolution of conflicts reported according to the criteria of each actor, concluding on the importance of designing a methodological route that unifies criteria, good practices and facilitates strategies. to address conflict situations, whether mild, moderate or strong, with protocols that involve all actors in the educational community.
