Relations between international law and internal law

Abstract

The text raises a deep reflection on issues of Public International Law and its relation to national law. It covers aspects such as the incorporation of treaties, hierarchy and possible conflicts. It makes special mention of the case of human rights treaties. Regarding these, a complete historical vision is given as well as its treatment in Chilean law.
