<p class="p1">The text raises a deep reflection on issues of Public International Law and its relation to national law. It covers aspects such as the incorporation <span class="s1">of treaties, hierarchy and possible conflicts. It makes special mention of the </span>case of human rights treaties. Regarding these, a complete historical vision is given as well as its treatment in Chilean law.</p>
